fabel and I love knitting in it. The sock itself is a fun and easy knit.I think it knits fast, because the pattern is easy to remember so you don't have to look at it all the time. Thanks for sharing Anni.
Now all I have to do is cast on the second sock and knit it up so I can start wearing them.

Gorgeous! I love the colors! I may have to cast on today and set my other projects aside. I love it!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous sock. I love Fabel too. It's very nice to knit with and I prefer it to some of the other selfstriping/patterning yarns.
ReplyDeleteVery lovely; it's great to see the pattern in a striping yarn like that - still stands out well. Good luck with number 2!
ReplyDeleteA beautiful sock - and I love the colourway. :0)
ReplyDeleteLove it! The colourway is fab!
ReplyDeleteI love the colors! Will definitely to look for striping yarn at Stitches West!
ReplyDeleteHanna, your socks are lovely in that varigated yarn. Seeing a close up of the pattern makes me much more anxious to start it.
ReplyDeleteI may wind up only as an admirer this month though, other knitting committments are keeping me from my socks!
Looks great! I have some Fabel in my stash. Your sock makes me want to dig it out.
ReplyDeleteHello to you too :)
ReplyDeleteI am so impressed with your socks! Very beautiful.
So excited to knit my first pair.
Can you recommend a simple 'first socks ever' pattern for me to use.
I've been delaying making them and gloves because of small needles and the complexity involved, but it's so cold here in NY and they would be lovely now.
