Help!

I can't open the pattern. I download and sav it, but when I try to open it I get a message that it is broken and can't be fixed.

I asked Anni to e-mail med the pattern again, but the file is still damaged. Anyone who knows what's wrong?

    I had a problem too. I clicked on it to open and I would get a can't locate file or something and I refreshed it and it opened.

    Oh I didn't save it I opened it first. After I open it I can then print it and save it to my computer

    Hmm... Not sure. What version Adobe Reader are you using? Maybe it needs to be updated?

    I'd second the adobe issue....

    Check you have adobe installed and the version... It's free to download and update....

    Have you got the problem sorted now? If not, I'll e-mail it again or I can e-mail hte Word version instead.

    I opened the document and then saved it, and that worked. Thank you everyone.
