July 2007 Done

I know it has been a long, long time since I've finished a pair of socks for this KAL. I love the patterns but there are so many things to knit and so little time! Here is my version of the Serpentine Socks from July 2007. I added a few stitches to the pattern and knit with a light fingering weight on size 0 needles.

There is actually a Pair!

There is actually a pair of these - and I'll try and take pictures for my blog of the recipient wearing them over the weekend. This, Anni, I think is the nicest sock I've ever knit. It is also my first toe-up sock. It also happens to be a perfect fit for my DB who is thrilled he gets them!

I'm looking foward to casting on the new pattern this weekend. I'm going down a needle size though - as I want the next pair to fit me :)
