...yes, green....

I've been cheating a bit on these....had only 75grams left of the green yarn, so I downsized to 56 stitches, and did the pattern only twice, down the front and down the back. Knit a short row heel, instead of the heelflap. Still didn't have enough yarn;-), so the toes are in a different green- and there was enough leftover for a pair of fingerless mitts. They will be a Xmas present for a skinny teenager....
It's a great pattern, and I hope to use it again sometime!
Yarn: Viking Fr√łyagarn, 2-at-a-time, magic-loop, needles 2.5mm. Quick, fun and pretty! Remember these? I said it would also make great mittens and hat? Well, I frogged the hat, waaaayy too big, but the mittens are okay. So this is another set into the giftbasket.
Thanks again for a great pattern, Tama:-)

That's a great idea, to make fingerless mittens of it.

The snow mittens are so pretty. Almost makes me wish I lived somewhere cold so I could wear them.
