I see you put a bit of ribbing on the cuff too! I did the same so that they would be snug at the top and not fall down. The subtle shading is very pretty.
I think these are beautiful!
That ribbing at the top is a great idea. Alas, I ran out of yarn and could not put ribbing on my Rainforest socks.
