Have you contacted Pixie at sockamaniabloghelp@googlemail.com? She should be able to help you fix this problem. The first question she usually asks though is if you are using the correct email address.
I ran a check, and your a member of the google group.
If you email me though, I would see it quicker than posting a message on here
