Finished my New Year socks a couple of days ago. I decided to use a skein of Tofootsie yarn in shades of blue. Since this was not a full skein I didn't know if I would have enough to do the full pattern so I changed to a stockinette stitch to finish.the heel and finished in stockinette. I did change to #1 dpn for the heel and foot and they fit perfectly.
