And the winner is.......

didn't think I'd get the draw done today. Was online for a short time this morning looking at everyone's socks then spent the rest of the day half asleep on the sofa and went to bed at 5pm. Woke up again at 10.30 pm, thirsty, with a blocked nose and starving and ofcourse I was never going to sleep through the night going to bed at 5pm was I. Yes, I've got that horrible cold that Simon had over Christmas and a barking cough. My voice has been going for he last couple of days and now sounds very sexy indeed. LOL. But now I've had a huge glass of water, some left over New Years Eve party food and some more painkillers I'm feeling a bit better. So thought I'd better get some stuff done.

Simon just helped me draw the winners and they are......................................

Tama & Julie

Well done ladies, e-mail me to let me know which skein of yarn you'd like from my Etsy shop and your address.

Hope everyone enjoyed knitting the Snowflakes. I know I promised to send out the January sock pattern today but as its gone 11pm I'm not going to start now so it'll be tomorrow but some may be on Thursday as hotmail is a bit funny about sending out hundreds of e-mails. So please be patient with me. I'll post once they've all been sent out. The new pattern is fun to knit and very easy and well suited to a colourful yarn. So start searching through your yarn stashes.

Oh and just want to mention that there is a New Years Bonanza sale going on at YarnAddict Yarns. All yarns have been reduced in price. And I was hoping to add some more today but didn't get quite that far but may try to get it done tomorrow, depending on how well/ill I feel.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Anni - I hope you are feeling better tomorrow and that the cold eases but the sexy voice stays (what is it about that deep throaty voice that seems to turn men on). Looking forward to the new pattern, I am just finishing the second snowflake and will post a pix tomorrow or next day. It's snowing up a storm here and we are having arctic winds. Stay warm and take care.

Hope you are feeling better Anni. Happy New Year to all and congratulations to the winners of this month! I didn't have time to make December's socks, but I can't wait for January's pattern. I am going to make sure I have the time, especially since the holidays are finished and I won't have to speed knit to get things finished.
