hi everyone,

i've been a member for a few months, lurking quietly, but i don't want to get booted for not being a good joiner in the convos, so here i am. iris. from new york. it's my busy season with work, i'm a lumberjack (i make firewood) so i am painfully behind with finishing all my socks. unfortunately, not with starting them . luckily, i compulsively buy sock needles (along with the yarn and pattern addiction) so i'm okay with 9 socks on the needles. hopefully i'll have a camera this x-mas and will be able to finally post photos so i can have my own blog (who wants to read a blog with no pictures?) and a ravelry account that is more than just a name. and of course, show you guys what i'm up to, since i love seeing what you are all knitting.
